Monster Cable Products – iPhone 4S Accessories

Client: Monster Cable Products

Project: Monster wanted to capitalize on the release of Apple’s new iPhone 4S and showcase their line of Apple accessories. My task was to come up with a brand voice that was a hybrid of Monster and Apple and create an overall campaign slogan, write the product family story as well as a story for each category (Clean, Charge, Connect, and Listen).

Monster also wanted to create a lot of social media buzz around the new site by doing a Sweepstakes – giving away 8 new iPhone 4S’ over 8 weeks. (We had originally planned for the release of an iPhone 5 as well because Apple wasn’t releasing any details about the new iPhone.)

In addition to the micro-site, the Sweepstakes program, a reader’s poll, a pull-out booklet for press, social media updates for Facebook and Twitter, I also created Point of Purchase displays to sell to Monster’s retail partners.

I was the content strategist and writer for this entire project.
